Deal context
Notes from discovery calls, shared documents, or troubleshooting requests that help us configure automations for you.
How we use your data
Everything funnels back into a single, human-readable workspace so we can support you quickly and prove the automation before anyone signs a contract.
- Respond to demo and partnership requests within one business day.
- Send practical updates on product changes that affect your workflows.
- Proactively identify duplicated outreach or inconsistent sequences inside your account.
- Maintain audit logs in case RevOps or Legal teams need to review them later.
Data control and retention
You can ask us to export or delete your information at any time. We retain sales artifacts for 18 months unless a longer project requires it.
- Access: Email hello@connexy.com and we will share every record tied to your domain.
- Deletion: Send a signed request and we will scrub CRM notes, attachments, and analytics signals within 7 days.
- Vendors: We only work with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certified infrastructure partners.
